Your missions

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Center Support Team Member to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for processing and ensuring the quality of the bookings made by the Client Engagement Center, assisting with staffing duties, and communicating the company's results.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Process all bookings from the Client Engagement Center
  • Handle quality control for all bookings to ensure that they meet the company’s standards and practices
  • Manage daily and long-term staffing
  • Manage company results and communicate to all parties

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting for international clients
  • Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively
  • Demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Detail-oriented and has excellent time management skills
  • Ability to do tasks and be a team player
