Your missions

Role Summary

Our client (specializing in mental health and behavioral health services) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator. This role will be responsible for creating and managing compelling content across various platforms to enhance their online presence and engage their audience effectively.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), split shift; follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Develop engaging content for social media, including images, graphics, reels, carousels, and other multimedia formats on a weekly basis
  • Craft unique, on-brand captions that resonate with our audience and align with our company's voice
  • Schedule and manage content across various platforms using Sprout Social to ensure consistent and timely posts
  • Assist in the creation of monthly newsletters and additional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create visually appealing and professional content
  • Produce high-quality written content with excellent grammar

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Graphic design experience, particularly with logo creation, is highly desirable
  • Must be proficient in using Mac devices
  • Experience with Social Media Scheduling Platforms is ideal
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills are essential
  • A strong interest in the mental health and behavioral health fields is preferred
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
