For this role, our client is searching for a seasoned Research Analyst who will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on the pricing of parts for various building materials and appliances. This is for full-time work from 9AM - 5PM Eastern Time.

The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

• Must have at least 1 year experience in the research industry or similar field.
• Must be organized and proficient in using Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite.
• Must be eager to learn and adapt to new information and research methodologies.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Perform comprehensive research on pricing for various building materials and appliances using online resources, databases, and industry tools.
• Continuously explore new and existing research methodologies to gather accurate and up-to-date pricing information.
• Ensure reports are well-organized and clear, using formatting tools like Adobe for PDFs, Excel for data organization, and Google Suite for collaboration.
• Compile all research data into detailed, accurate, and easy-to-read reports.
• Organize and manage data meticulously to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Demonstrate resilience and motivation to complete repetitive or detailed-oriented tasks without losing interest.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time employment.
• Compensation range: $3.00 - $3.50 per hour.

* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
