For this role, our client is in pursuit of an experienced Purchasing Assistant with Acumatica experience who will be responsible for matching invoices with purchase orders, inputting necessary information into their ERP, and making adjustments as needed. This is a full-time position during Eastern Standard Time from 9AM to 5PM.


The following Job-related experience is required for potential candidates for this role:

  • Must have at least more than a year of experience as a Purchasing Assistant or similar role.
  • Must have working proficiency with using Acumatica software.
  • Must have previous experience with data entry tasks.
  • Must have high-level expertise with Microsoft Excel (Xlookup, Sumifs, Match, etc.).
  • Must have excellent mathematical skills to convert case quantities to individual units if needed.


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Check and compare vendor invoices against Purchase Orders.
  • Create Purchase Receipts in Acumatica.
  • Make necessary adjustments in Purchase Receipts, including, but not limited to, quantity, cost per unit, and total cost.
  • Note any significant changes in the quantity or cost of Purchase Receipts.
  • Attach and cross-reference vendor invoices to Purchase Receipts.

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits and compensation:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Fully-paid healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Compensation range: $4 - $6 per hour.


*Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
