We are seeking an outstanding Group Director/Senior Group Director/MD level talent with expertise in oncology, biotech and pharma to join our growing team in anticipation of new business.

Real Chemistry is looking for driven, healthcare PR/Comms leaders who are ready to dive into the trenches and make an immediate impact! In this role you will support client engagements, partner with cross-functional team members to think smarter and work effectively to drive innovative and integrated solutions that yield groundbreaking results and high client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Support workstreams within integrated marketing/communications decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional client relationship skills.
  • Seamlessly flex between big picture strategic development/ad hoc guidance and assure execution of associated tactics are flawless.

What You’ve Got

  • Deep knowledge of healthcare, pharma and biotech – Oncology a plus!!
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in a Public Relations/Communications agency environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills leading to flawless execution of tactical plans is required
  • Strong presentation skills — both verbal and written, formal and informal
  • Highly organized, proactive and a critical, creative thinker under pressure
  • Project management experience, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage detailed budgets
