About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Architect who can bridge the gap between technology and business to design robust, scalable software architectures and support sales teams by engaging with clients to understand their needs. In this role, you will work closely with the Financial Department and across the organization to deliver solutions that enhance the technology roadmap and optimize business outcomes. You will lead the design and implementation of application development strategies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices while maintaining strong client relationships to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and full-stack development tools.
  • Managing infrastructure, APIs, databases, and application integration to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to ensure proactive issue resolution and high availability of applications.

Client Engagement & Sales Support:

  • Engaging directly with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored architectural solutions.
  • Supporting the sales team with technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Developing customized proposals, solutions, and technical demonstrations that align with the client’s needs.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide ongoing strategic guidance and position our solutions for long-term success.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor, ensuring alignment between the client's business goals and our technology offerings.

Strategic Leadership & Innovation:

  • Driving the technology roadmap for the Financial Department, with a focus on application development and the adoption of innovative technologies.
  • Leading strategic discussions to enhance the vision for software development and the implementation of agile methodologies.
  • Conducting market research and staying current with emerging industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Proposing innovative ideas for software monetization and product enhancement, while working closely with teams to bring those ideas to life.

DevOps, Infrastructure, & Continuous Improvement:

  • Managing infrastructure to support application deployment, continuous integration, and delivery pipelines.
  • Monitoring systems to ensure reliability and performance, identifying and solving systemic issues.
  • Building backup and contingency plans to ensure high availability and proactive problem resolution.
  • Driving the adoption of CI/CD processes, ensuring smooth integration and delivery of applications.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing enterprise-level software architectures.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Expertise in full-stack development, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, databases, and infrastructure management.
  • Strong client engagement skills, with experience in supporting the sales process and developing tailored technical solutions.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to research emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Experience with managing infrastructure, implementing SRE practices, and optimizing systems for reliability and performance.
