Remote Call Center Representative

Pay rate is $15.00 an hour.

Hours of Operation Monday-Sunday 7:45AM - 11:00PM EST. Must have flexibility to work anytime during these hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities for Remote Call Center Representative:



As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their healthcare coverage. You will manage a steady, high volume of incoming calls, requiring the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while providing excellent customer service and resolving issues over the phone. Computer navigation experience is essential.  

This is an Inbound Call Center position that requires that you be at your desk for the duration of your shift other than your scheduled breaks & lunch. This is a fast-paced environment where calls will come in continuously throughout your shift.  

Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success. 



In this role, you will assist callers with their Spending Account benefits and/or current balance inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Checking balance, reviewing order history, resolving transaction errors, etc.
  • Processing Rollover Requests, in the event rollover benefits are needed.
  • Assisting member with Healthy Spending Account web and app access and navigation.
  • Submitting inquiry tickets for balance and transactional errors/issues.
  • Identifying eligible allowances that can be included on the Spending Accounts card
  • Locating and interpreting spending card allowances
  • Educating members on benefits available for each allowance and providing information on various vendor suppliers
  • Promoting self service via website and mobile app
  • Verifying members eligible for the spending account card benefit
  • Recognizing and communicating mandatory supplemental benefits available to members
  • Identifying and highlighting value-added items and services offered to members

Requirements for Remote Call Center Representative:



We’re looking for people with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you will have: 



  • Ability to Type 25WPM and successfully complete customer service assessment. 
  • High school diploma, GED or college degree 
  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance 
  • Successful completion of background check is required for this position 
  • Must have 6 months customer service experience. 



Equipment and workspace requirements: 

  • You must have a home internet connection of 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed (you may do a quick check through speedtest.googlefiber.net)  
  • Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet, not Satellite or WiFi 
  • Must have a quiet workspace free from distractions 



Below is what you’ll need to do to be considered for this position. It will take less than 20 minutes and includes everything required at this stage!

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
