Job description

What Is The People Analytics & Strategy Internship?

In the People Analytics & Strategy Internship, you will play an integral part in supporting design and implementation of strategic priorities across the People & Organization (also known as Human Resources) department. We are looking for people who are interested in HR-related topics to drive local and global projects. We provide a platform for those who want to have an impact on the future and contribute to the successes of the company, our customers and the world.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with content creation for strategic projects, including PowerPoint presentations.
  • Providing support for PMO activities related to a strategic project.
  • Analyzing and visualizing complex People & Organization (P&O) data.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders, such as the US P&O Leadership Team, in all these activities.

Internship Start Date: Spring 2025

Location: Position is fully remote

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Current first year students pursuing an MBA from an accredited college or university
  • Majors: all MBA “tracks” will be considered
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Benefits:

The hourly pay for this position is $38 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. Additionally, interns for Siemens are eligible to contribute into our 401K program.
