THE KORN FERRY INSTITUTE
The Korn Ferry Institute (KFI) – established in 2008 – is a global, corporate function of Korn Ferry that supports the organization across all lines of business including Advisory, Digital and Search through:
- Scientific research and the creation of thought leadership that highlights key trends related to topics such as the future of work and that identify the drivers of human and organizational performance.
- Creating and managing the Intellectual Property (IP) for the firm, including – for example - our Success Profile library, Competency Model content, assessment and measurement tools, and work measurement systems and processes.
- Leveraging our vast data asset, combined with external data sources, to design and conduct state-of-the-art analytics that continually push the boundary of turning data into insight - especially in the space of individual, team and organizational performance - and that enables the firm to deliver impactful insights to clients, demonstrating the power and value of Korn Ferry tools and solutions.
OUR DATA
Korn Ferry owns an unrivalled suite of tools to collect, measure, and assess individual, team, and organizational performance. Our data encompasses everything from individual assessment tools (psychometric assessments, cognitive ability tests, and multi-rater tools to assess competency and leadership capability) to team and organization-level assessments (to measure topics such as team performance, culture, and engagement) as well as one of the most highly regarded databases on employee pay and benefits and the world’s largest library of data-driven success profiles.
OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER - It’s about exceeding your potential.
As a part of the Korn Ferry Institute, the Director, Analytics Innovation & Automation leads a team to identify, shape, and develop AI and analytics tools and concepts into commercial success for Korn Ferry. This role involves:
- Identifying client or internal pain points and opportunities to deliver high-impact data and analytics solutions that will bring commercial benefit to Korn Ferry. The operating space includes areas that leverage Korn Ferry IP, often combined with additional data sources such as external data, to ensure that what we create has a unique, highly differentiating quality.
- Networking and building relationships at the most senior levels to align on efforts, generate buy-in to initiatives, remove barriers, and drive adoption through executive support.
- Leading cross-functional teams to develop proof-of-concepts, iterating these solutions with clients to drive measurable impact. A critical objective is scalability: developing solutions that can be deployed at scale, within minimal operational overhead to multiple clients.
The jobholder will work in lockstep with the Director, Client Analytics, leveraging real clients and client projects to both identify and test concepts, and the Director, Data Management, ensuring we leverage our Azure Synapse environment to the maximum extent possible.
