Product Manager

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager with expertise in time management systems to lead the rollout of a new time system across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile product management and experience collaborating with engineering squads, business partners, and vendors. Knowledge of UKG Pro or similar systems is highly preferred.

This role is fully remote.

Product Manager Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of a new time system across multiple countries.
• Collaborate closely with engineering squads, business partners, and other product managers to ensure country-specific requirements are met.
• Utilize Jira agile tools to manage and reflect each country's needs and track project progress.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams, leveraging agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Quickly ramp up on the program environment and start contributing to the team’s success.
• Balance active delivery with future planning to maintain project momentum through overlapping workstreams.
• Define value, risks, and impacts for programs and key stakeholders.
• Present progress, results, and insights to engineering partners and leadership through presentations and demos.
  
  

Product Manager Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, particularly within an agile environment, working directly with squads.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with various audiences and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools such as Jira.
• Experience with time management systems.
• Experience with UKG Pro (or similar systems) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS tools and managing their implementation and rollout.
• Bachelor's degree required, with 8-9 years of directly relevant work experience in product management.
  
  

Compensation: $66/hr. Benefits
