Senior RPA Developer REMOTE - COLOMBIA

Overview:

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. You will play a key role in understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and creating scalable and reliable automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in RPA development, a strong understanding of business processes, and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and analyze business processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and assess the feasibility of RPA implementation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable automation scripts.
• Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to business requirements.
• Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to RPA.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing RPA processes for enhanced performance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other relevant departments to ensure successful RPA implementation and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure that RPA solutions comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards.
• Implement and maintain best practices for secure and compliant RPA development.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
• Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to identify automation opportunities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) is a plus.
• Relevant RPA certifications are highly desirable.
