Support the OPNAV N1 MyNavy HR Chief Data officer

SAIC is supporting MyNavy HR enterprise CDO and enterprise information management teams, Millington, TN and alternate locations to include Pensacola, FL / Arlington, VA.

Some roles will be eligible for remote/teleworking flexibility.

This effort will provide related services for Enterprise Data Management activities for multiple MyNavy HR programs of record and IT initiatives related to authoritative HR systems and support for transformational HR systems.

This contract is contingent upon award. If awarded, contract start date is January 7, 2025.

Qualifications

  • Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) IAT I & IAT II requirements vary based on role.

  • Systems Engineering Specialists (Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Systems Testing, Database Administration, Project Management, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Test Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Security Specific Experience Programing (SQL, JAVA, Python, R), Data Source Creation, Report Creation and Data Visualization, Data Wrangling, Data Pipelines (designing, implementing, and maintaining))
  • IA / Cyber (Experience with Navy RMF process. Experience in facilitating the collection of and uploading required artifacts into DADMS and eMASS. Familiarity with automation scripting such as PowerShell.)
