Securonix seeks a dynamic CITO to lead functional, operational, and technology transformations. The CITO will drive efficiency, align business strategy with technology, and harness AI and GenAI tools to optimize performance and innovation.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The CITO will partner with all fellow executives to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across all business functions, focusing on increasing operational efficiency and maximizing return on investments. Leveraging GenAI and automation, this role will enhance decision-making, customer experience, and operational excellence that leads to profitable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functional Transformation & Efficiency:
Drive best-cost transformation across all functions—product development, marketing, sales, finance, legal, human resources and customer success—optimizing resource utilization and business alignment. Utilize GenAI, automation, and analytics to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve ROI.
Digital & Business Transformation:
Lead company-wide digital initiatives, integrating AI and GenAI to boost productivity, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences. Align digital efforts with business strategy to ensure scalable, secure systems.
People Transformation & Change Management:
Lead scalable transformation efforts, fostering innovation, agility, and accountability. Upskill teams with new technologies like AI and automation, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
IT Strategy & Infrastructure:
Oversee the IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring it's secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Optimize cloud infrastructure for resilience and cost-effectiveness.
Cybersecurity & Governance:
Ensure alignment between IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and cybersecurity goals. Implement governance frameworks to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies:
Lead the adoption of AI, machine learning, and GenAI tools, staying ahead of market trends. Integrate new technologies into core operations for improved productivity and performance.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Provide visionary leadership, fostering collaboration and innovation across teams. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align on transformation goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Proven success in IT, digital, or business transformation within SaaS or cybersecurity environments. Expertise in operational excellence and program management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of AI, GenAI, automation, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
