Your missions

Overview:

As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services.

Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing:

Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers.
Upsell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers’ needs.
Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
Strive to understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs
Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Qualifications:

What we’re looking for:

Ability to work in a shifting schedule

Willing to work in Naga CamSur
Must be at least 18 years old
At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role where you have done outbound sales (Minimum 6 months of sales experience)
Aptitude and interest in sales: you are skilled in negotiation, dynamic and persevering;
Ability to communicate verbally (English) and to synthesize information
Ability to adapt to different situations and good confidence in your abilities;
The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer
