About The Job

The Global Partner Ecosystem team at Red Hat is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with expertise in the Financial Services Industry to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Global Ecosystem Partners to expand the footprint of Red Hat Offerings & Technologies in the NTT industry via our partners. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of enterprise software systems, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can effectively navigate complex technical and business landscapes in the Financial Services Industry

What will you do?

  • Leverage your experience in the Financial Services Industry to understand and analyze industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Translate industry insights into a strategic roadmap aligning our solutions and offerings with those of our ecosystem partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement a comprehensive technical strategy encompassing enablement, practice development, and go-to-market support for solutions addressing the specific needs customers
  • Advocate and promote the value proposition of partners both internally within Red Hat and externally to customers
  • Propel partner solutions by engaging with Red Hat’s field teams, providing ongoing enablement and crafting effective go-to-market strategies
  • Position Red Hat as the preferred hybrid cloud computing platform for NTT solutions with partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their technical and business requirements.
  • Work closely with internal Red Hat and Business teams to understand and address the technical needs of partners, influencing the direction of product offerings to better meet partner requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Global and Regional Alliances teams and Partner Solution Architects to establish and cultivate extensive executive and senior management relationships within partner organizations, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Offer architectural guidance and recommendations to facilitate successful engagements with software partners globally.
  • Capture and disseminate best-practice knowledge within our broader Solution Architect community, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a solution architect, with a focus on enterprise software systems.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, particularly global systems integrators.
  • Proficiency in architecting and designing scalable solutions using modern technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
