JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities  

  • Seeing a Senior Data Analyst for a large automotive client sitting fully remote.
  • Perform data analysis detailing campaign effectiveness, customer retention & acquisition as well as digital/website properties analysis as part of the DTC Marketing team supporting all brands.
  • Be an SME of our customer and CRM campaign data
  • Work with Data Scientists on creating customer churn and other business-driving models 
  • Working knowledge of using SQL to pull from databases to create ad hoc and in-depth analyses 
  • Work with a team of analysts and data scientists to provide ad hoc support on complex subjects and analytic projects 
  • Communicate analyses and insights to the business in a clear, succinct manner that focuses on measurable business impact

Qualifications 

  • 4+ years of data analysis experience; preferably working with marketing campaign data (CRM, website and/or media) data
  • Ability to create and automate insightful reports outlining campaign & customer performance
  • Strong ability to convert data analysis into actionable business insights
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Highly organized and disciplined 
  • Strong self-starter with a resilient, solution minded approach to complex problems 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlines 
  • Able to work well with people across multiple functions 
  • Preferred: Strong command of advanced data analysis tools and software (R, Python, etc.), and SQL 
  • Preferred:  Familiarity with various data modeling techniques (linear/logistic regression, ANOVA, ARIMA, Clustering, time series, machine learning)
