Job Description:

What you will do:

  • Provides administrative support for the procurement department which includes but is not limited to:
    • Workday administration.
    • Workday Task Assignment
    • Docusign administration.
    • Processing of invoices.
    • Managing shared drive.
  • Provide full time support to our Core IT and Telecomm team, negotiate their rates and manage their Vendor list.
  • Procures small to mid-size new purchases, mainly IT / Telecomm related purchases.
  • Procures and manages small to mid-size renewals, mainly IT / Telecomm related purchases.
  • Works on IT desktop purchasing requests that come in from ManageEngine.
  • Works on punch out requests.
  • All other procurement related tasks assigned by the Director.

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $50,900.00 to a maximum of $74,700.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.
