Job Summary:

Ancora seeks a Paid Search Manager to lead our paid search marketing efforts. This is a critical role responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across all Google Ads platforms to drive student enrollments and meet company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

    • Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Search, Display, and Video platforms, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and enrollment goals.

    • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.

    • Develop compelling ad copy and landing pages that drive conversions.

  • Performance Optimization:

    • Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different bidding strategies, ad formats, and targeting options to optimize ROI.

    • Provide regular reporting on key metrics and insights to stakeholders.

  • Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage paid search budgets across various campaigns and platforms.

    • Forecast and track spending to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize ROI.

  • Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, admissions, and IT, to ensure seamless campaign execution and integration.

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new Google Ads features.

  • Platform Expertise:

    • Maintain all Google Ads certifications and stay current on the latest platform updates.

    • Leverage advanced Google Ads features to drive innovation and maximize campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, preferably in the education or lead generation industry.

  • Certifications: Must have all current Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

    • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.

    • Data-driven and results-oriented approach.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
