Job Title: Interior Design Coordinator - LATAM
Location: Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range: up to 2200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Design Coordinator to support our design team in creating innovative and compelling interior spaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design team to develop preliminary and construction-related plan sets, produce renderings, and create design presentations. This role requires experience with interior design software, strong organizational skills, and a creative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support: Assist in creating preliminary plan sets and construction-related plan sets for various projects.
• Rendering Creation: Develop visual renderings to showcase potential design concepts to clients.
• Design Presentations: Create mood boards and presentations using tools like Google Slides or Canva to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Chief Architect design software for every project, ensuring designs are detailed and accurate.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with the design team to ensure that all projects align with client expectations and company standards.
• Development: Gradually transition from initial support to independently handling design projects, with continued guidance and support from the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Chief Architect design software (required).
• Basic understanding of residential construction.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in creating visual presentations using Google Slides or Canva.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Advanced education in interior design.
• Exposure to cabinetry design (important for most projects).
• Highly creative with a keen eye for design and detail.
