Requirements

Master Builders Solutions is seeking a strong professional with experience in sales and management within the concrete industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising strategic plans and providing direction to enhance profitability and revenue within the assigned area. This role encompasses identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and sustaining key account relationships, and supporting newly acquired accounts. The candidate will be responsible for training, developing, and mentoring direct reports while ensuring the effective implementation and communication of company initiatives, policies, and procedures to them.

Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry or a related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Exceptional communication and computer skills are required
  • Demonstrated expertise in high-level sales and executive selling
  • Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis
  • A valid driver's license with the ability to drive for extended periods is necessary
