As a German Speaking Customer Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues efficiently. You will engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients from the comfort of your home
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding services, products, and support
  • Provide accurate product information and tailor assistance to customer needs
  • Efficiently process returns, orders, and exchanges
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, and relevant company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to tackle complex customer scenarios
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • Valid EU passport or ID
