What We're Looking For

Are you an energetic self-starter who wants to build something big and impactful from the ground up? Do you get excited by taking on a big challenge? Charlie is building the future of banking for the coming wave of millions of tech comfortable retirees who deserve a bank built from the ground up for their unique needs, a bank they don’t have to get in line for, a bank that comes to them.

We are looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated Business Intelligence Analyst with extensive experience in FinTech to join our team. This role will be responsible for the entire data lifecycle, including governance, engineering, and producing reports and visualizations. You will collaborate with individuals across the tech, product, and business teams to ensure secure accessibility and meticulous data analysis.

You’d be joining a highly experienced group of founders including our CEO Kevin Nazemi, who served as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Oscar Health (NYSE: OSCR), and a company financially supported by some of the most respected FinTech Investors.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the product and business teams to generate reports and visualizations pertinent to a neobank. Examples include unit economics and cohort analysis for debit cardholders and cash advance product users.

  • Write code that is easy to maintain and understand, not just for yourself but for anyone needing to work with it. Continuously improve your work and promptly resolve any issues that arise.

  • Review tasks critically to ensure they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery. Anticipate and communicate any blockers or delays before they require escalation.

  • Take a self-managed approach to work. Be driven by intellectual curiosity and a yearning to understand the critical questions and inflection points facing the business. Seek out answers independently using the multitude of tools at your disposal.

  • Collaborate and closely communicate with third-party vendors to deliver highly integrated data solutions.

  • We are a startup: Every team member is critical to our success, wears many hats, and takes on additional responsibilities.
