Your missions

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer/ Quality coordinator to join a team of 5 across Europe. In this role, you will ensure the proper Field Support and Quality for our Installation Partners, Resellers, and Self-Installation Customers according to the strategy defined by the Senior Field Service Manager. 

Here's a little taste of your challenge: 

  • Work on technical documentation (Add-on Guides), in line with Manager's strategy

  • Support his region on installation issues/questions

  • Define the Installation Partner Training tactics, in line with Manager strategy.

  • Perform new + already enrolled Installation Partner onboarding trainings, in his region.

  • Perform Self-Installed Customer training sessions

  • Trains Team new joiners

  • Help enforce SLA strategy in his region

  • Take the lead on tactical objectives aiming at Improving processes, work methodology, Tooling and Reporting approach.

Who are you?

There is no set route to become a Field Service Engineer, but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  •  At least 5 years experience as electrician/technician in the automotive sector;

  • Experience with Telematics devices / complex automotive systems installation & Diagnostic is preferred.

  • Experience in Telematics is essential;

  • Obsessed by Customer satisfaction.

  • High teamwork capabilities while taking ownership of assigned tasks;

  • MS Office software experience (Especially Word & PowerPoint) preferred, as an important part of the job is about documenting (Manuals, reports);

  • Good communication skills, to align with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Open to new insight and improvement.

  • You are based in the UK and open to travel throughout the country, with regular remote overnight (min. once per week)
