About the role:

We are seeking Senior Engineers to join the Billing Team and help us build the next generation of this critical system. This individual will join a team of 6-10 mixed-skill engineers and have the opportunity to play a crucial role in designing and developing the billing system in a communicative, supportive, and high-performing environment. As a member of the Billing Team, you would have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business operations, and accounting  to determine requirements and specifications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the next-generation cloud billing system.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and inefficiencies in billing processes.
  • Work with a passionate team of engineers in an iterative, agile environment.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions to ensure high-quality software development practices.

  • Experience with Prometheus/PromQL and/or solid understanding of time series data.
  • Proficiency in any of Python, TypeScript or Go.
  • You have some experience using Kubernetes with a conceptual understanding of its major components.
  • Passion for problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
