Job description

Aspire Software is currently looking for a Software Sales Executive to join our team in the US!  

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, achieving sales targets, and managing the sales process to ensure consistent growth and profitability. The Software Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s revenue growth and expanding our market presence.  

This role is suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where success is measured by tangible results and the ability to significantly impact business growth through strategic customer relationships.

The successful candidates will work in a remote work model in the US!  

What your day will look like:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and maximize sales opportunities for new and existing customers
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and exploring new sales opportunities, markets, and partnerships
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and market trends to adjust strategies as needed, ensuring sales goals are met
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and stakeholders
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and business meetings
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to sales and customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to help refine product offerings and promotional strategies
  • Fully comprehend the value proposition of our software in order to qualify, schedule, and perform effective product sales demonstrations that are tailored to the needs of the client
  • Manage opportunities with timely and accurate notes, tasks, and documentation to effectively communicate the status of a client record in the pipeline
  • Provide accurate forward-looking forecasts through sales pipeline analysis

About You:

  • At least 2+ years of sales experience in the B2B software industry, with a strong focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about achieving success
  • A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is advantageous
  • Small-medium-large enterprise business direct sales experience
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering outstanding results
  • Ability to deliver presentations to live audiences both in person and online
  • Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage and analyze sales activity
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time – sometimes at short notice
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is critical
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
