Summary
The Lifelong Post Adoption Specialist helps clients overcome issues that may arise from their experiences with adoption. The Specialist is responsible for delivery of direct social work services to CHS or to other agencies’ clients for whom services have been contracted, and for the associate record keeping and reporting. This position is also involved in public relations and education efforts for Post Adoption.

Schedule Expectations
This position is a salary exempt job that will require some weekends, and evenings work. Along with working our standard scheduled week. The ability to work flexible hours is required to meet business needs. If working remotely, will be required to be available by telephone and email during specified hours as required. Frequent travel required to conduct business-related activities.
