Your missions

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a strong background in sales and Shopify. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales through upselling and cross-selling, and efficiently managing Shopify-related tasks. You will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Sales Support: Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions, upsell and cross-sell products, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Shopify Management: Manage Shopify storefront, including processing orders, handling returns and exchanges, updating product listings, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints, inquiries, and product-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain customer service and sales reports, including tracking customer interactions, sales conversions, and order issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to improving customer service processes and sales strategies by providing feedback and suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, including managing orders, products, and customer accounts.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other customer service tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations.
