**Position with one of our clients in the Health & Wellness/Beauty industry**

About The Position

We are seeking a multi-faceted and talented creative director to join our team. You will be responsible for leading creative strategy across various channels, including paid social, digital/web, print, and packaging. The primary goal of the content you and your team produce is to spur growth and performance on our digital platforms.
You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product development, and sales teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual assets that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
What you’ll do:
●  Lead the development of visual branding concepts and creative strategies to enhance the brand identity.
●  Oversee the creation and execution of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and adherence to project timelines.
●  Develop and produce high-quality copy & graphic design assets for various marketing and promotional materials, including website assets, social media graphics, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and product packaging.
●  Execute design projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines.
●  Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters and agencies (in-house & freelance), providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster growth and collaboration
●  Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually innovate and elevate the brand presence.
●  Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand integrity and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
●  Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
●  Assist with photo retouching, image editing, video editing, and asset management as needed. 

The ideal candidate has:

●  6+ years of proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably in the consumer products or beauty industry.
●  Track record of developing high-performing digital content & copy/messaging within a multi-layered marketing funnel
●  Extensive knowledge of paid social video & static ad creative best practices for conversion & engagement
●  Expertise in graphic design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in digital design principles.
●  Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
●  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
●  Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of designers and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
●  Passion for design, innovation, and storytelling, with a deep understanding of brand identity and consumer behavior/sentiment.
