Responsibilities:
Oversee studio level franchise strategy. Direct and manage all aspects of game development, live operations, user acquisition, brand marketing, customer service, third party collaboration Maintain a creative environment, help motivate and coach young designers into world-class developers Fully understand market trends and global competitive landscape, be able to identify opportunities in game development and marketing partnerships Be able to work with finance on P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and business models Work with regions around the world to development localized strategy in development and marketing
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years' experience in video games industry, mobile is must, PC/console a plus
Shipped multiple high grossing products, mobile gaming experience preferred
Extraordinary communications, project management, and relationship-building skills
Able to work well in a cross-culture, cross-border team environment and simultaneously manage multiple complex projects
Experience formulating product messaging and marketing plans, as well as experience with a wide range of business models and monetization methods
Exhibited ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
