What we’re looking for: 

SHAZAM is looking for a Client Executive to join our EFT Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for defined enterprise relationships between SHAZAM and a number of enterprise financial institutions, across a diverse geography and product mix.


What you'll do: 

  • Coordinate sales activities including sales plan by FI, pricing proposals and presentation materials to financial institutions.
  • Implement and maintain a detailed time and management system that effectively covers the assigned key accounts.
  • Perform client calls and presentations that includes regularly scheduled relationship activities and strategic engagements with senior executives..
  • Work with the Product Development Team and the Business Development Team to provide sound, competitive and industry-leading financial technology products, and recommendations.

What you need:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience managing professional business relationships and proven success track with B2B calling efforts.  
  • Financial, Core and/or EFT industry experience a plus.
  • Ability to communicate via the telephone, in person, and through correspondence with customers, other employees, and vendors regarding company products and services.
