Position Title: Insurance Broker
Work Set-up: Work From Home
Salary: Php 60,000.00 – Php 65,000.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN INSURANCE BROKER

Responsibilities as an Insurance Broker:
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of insurance clients, providing expert guidance on insurance policies and coverage options.
• Advise clients on insurance policies, tailored cover options, and risk management solutions.
• Utilize WinBEAT for processing, quoting, and managing insurance documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Negotiate with insurers to secure favorable terms and pricing for clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Handle renewals, claims, endorsements, and other client-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes within the Australian insurance market.

Qualifications as an Insurance Broker:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an insurance broking role within Australia.
• Proficiency in WinBEAT and experience with broking systems. Familiarity with other relevant software and platforms is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of the Australian insurance market, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance terms to clients clearly.
• Strong client management and customer service skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing insurance documents and records.
