Job description

This is a remote position.

The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution across our dynamic portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in startups, e-commerce, retail, or financial services, capable of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market demands.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact and customer feedback.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to translate product vision into actionable plans.
    • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Product Development and Management:
    • Translate product requirements into clear, detailed specifications and user stories.
    • Oversee the development process, ensuring products are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Implement agile methodologies and best practices to enhance product development efficiency.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to guide product decisions and improvements.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches, positioning, and marketing campaigns.
    • Ensure the product delivers a superior user experience and meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success and impact.
    • Monitor product performance and gather insights to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
    • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate product plans, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Manage expectations and address any issues or risks that arise during the product lifecycle.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product management, with a background in startups, e-commerce, retail, or financial services.
    • Skills:
      • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful products.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
