The primary function of the Training Senior Analyst – Global Wage & Compensation Reporting is to develop and deliver training to the entire department using multiple platforms and tools. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our needs and current practices and creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources such as online modules and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up to date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance. The trainer will also be responsible for researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize training materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Conduct employee surveys and interviews
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Organize and maintain documentation and training materials (PPTs, links, videos, SharePoint, etc.)
- Partner with the teams to create best practice step-by-step training to ensure, where possible, the same process is being used across teams and regions
- Partner with the team’s technical SMEs to create new documentation and training for new and existing IT processes
- Maintain up to date knowledge of: - Atlas (Managing Queues, Processing PIFs, WOLI Lifecycle, Products, IBFT, Editing Payments, Reversing Payments, Mappings, Policy/Contract)
- Apro (CP, LOA, and CBS Templates, Preparing CPs, LOAs, and CBSs, Payroll Setup, Processing Payroll, Reporting, Importing Data, Merge Reports, ICE Tool)
- Cognos (Running Comp and IBFT Reports, Scheduling Reports)
- Cartus Tools (Deliverables Log, Payroll Scheduler, Activity Tool, eLoader, Import Mapping, Total Cost Mapping, CAT & Payroll Imports, True Delete, Bridge Format, CA&R Tracker, Logic Check, Payroll Reconciliation, Bots)
- RAS and Distributed Workforce Solutions- Future
- Any future products or services implemented at Cartus (Topia One, Certino, etc.)
- Create clear and concise PowerPoint presentations for processes, tools, and technology
- Deliver engaging presentations designed to elicit audience participation (use technology creatively)
- Leading training initiatives for onboarding new employees and identify areas where improvements are needed
- Develop system or process to test/validate the concepts taught
- Go beyond the process and teach “the why”
- Conduct follow-up and re-training as necessary
- Review employee performance and learning
- Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
- Ability to step in and help teams with day to day activities
