Demonstration of strong leadership skills through specific project team examples.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with expert fluency in Microsoft tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

ompetent and proficient understanding of a variety of technology platforms, including ERPs such as SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA, Oracle and PeopleSoft as well as current Internet technologies.
Proven strength in the application and interpretation of Project Management methodologies.
Industry recognized certification in Project Management, with post certification experience.
Bachelor's degree from recognized post-secondary institution preferable bachelors degree in engineering from recognized university.
At least 10 years of business project management experience

Site level knowledge on Maintenance Work management process
Experience with implementing Oracle EAM or SAP ECC 6.0 Plant Maintenance ERP solution in process-oriented manufacturing facilities (oil and gas, pharmaceutical or chemical/fertilizer manufacturing)
Strong knowledge of Maintenance business processes and training documentation on Maintenance business processes, work management and ERP (Oracle EAM or SAP PM) Job aids
