Role Overview


We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new outbound leads, managing your individual sales pipeline, and creating and pursuing new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in software development sales and be fluent in English, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales Process Adherence: Follow the established Sales Playbook and Sales Process to ensure consistency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
  • Pipeline Management: Independently manage your sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Lead Generation: Generate new outbound leads through a variety of channels, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and cold calling.
  • Opportunity Creation: Identify potential clients, understand their needs and pain points, and create tailored sales opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to nurture leads and ensure all opportunities progress effectively through the sales pipeline.

  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for engaging with prospects and clients.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in software development sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously, with attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects and clients.
