Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing efforts for two home service businesses. The candidate will be responsible for reactivating and upselling to existing customers, attracting new customers through paid advertising, and managing SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will work independently to execute campaigns, build dashboards, and track marketing metrics. In addition, the candidate should be comfortable sourcing services, managing projects, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Reactivate and upsell to existing customers.
  • Paid Advertising: Attract new customers through various advertising platforms.
  • SEO Management: Oversee SEO efforts to improve online visibility.
  • Dashboard Development: Set up and manage dashboards to track marketing metrics.
  • Vendor Management: Source and manage vendors for marketing-related services.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in a marketing role, with a focus on paid advertising, SEO, and customer engagement.
  • Skills: Strong experience using Semrush and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Home Service Marketing Experience: Prior experience working with home service businesses is a plus.
  • A/B Testing: Experience running A/B tests to assess campaign efficiency.
  • Dashboard Creation: Proficiency in building marketing dashboards and creating a reporting structure.
