The purpose of this positions is to oversee and ensure the safe, profitable, and technical delivery of primarily EV projects and Design concepts, a key driver in P&L performance. This will include everything from preconstruction through to Delivery.

More about the role:

• Manage the HSE, commercial and technical requirements of contracts, ensuring the company's commercial interests are protected and contract margins are maintained or improved through prudent management and control of contracts.
• Provide safety leadership in the execution of contracts to underpin the attainment of a high performing culture (open, honest, just, learning, focusing on operational detail with respect for expertise) across the organisation.
• Liaise with the Business Support Manager, Finance Business Partner & team to ensure all necessary commercial/cost controls and reporting are completed in a timely manner and to an accurate standard.
• Provide the Management Team with a weekly report relating to project/contract progress.
• Provide the Head of EV Civils with end of month financial information in order that the customer can be invoiced in a timely fashion.
• Complete pre-start documentation
• Produce CAD & technical drawings for projects both completion and design solutions.
• Liaising with the Commercial Team to ensure contract variations are reviewed and approved in line with margin expectations, and governance requirements.
• Ensuring Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are produced and reviewed to a high standard and fully compliant with relevant legislation.
• Ensure all KPIs are adhered to and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders.
• Communicate with customers and attend face to face meetings as and when required, representing the EI division and the A&A Group to a high standard.

This newly created position, is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager to come and put their stamp on it, make this position their own. You will be a self-motivated, driven, quick thinker, who is adaptive and is good at problem solving. Holding an SMSTS qualification, within the petrol, EV or construction industry, you will be joining a growing division within Adler and Allan.
