What you’ll do in this role?

As a member of Our Client’s Sales Team, You will own overall relationship with your assigned customers and enable them to be successful with Our Client

  • managing customer journey (engagement, growth)
  • taking existing and new customers from the BDM at the right moment for smooth transition, further growth, renewals
  • helping to organize trainings and demos of Our Client’s solutions (on-line)
  • helping to collect feedback from the market, from existing accounts
  • preparing events by translating the necessary material such presentations, flyers, banners
  • representing Our Client at conferences and exhibitions, including translation
  • supporting the Hub solution engineer and if needed, the Business Services custom development team to provide appropriate solutions
  • helping to provide case studies, success stories
  • maintaining HubSpot clean and up to date
  • helping the marketing activities, promotions
  • helping with the localization, content of documentation
  • helping, answering many questions, staying very patient while enjoying it

  • You are fluent in Japanese
