Job description

Salary: P40,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Experience in project management in either Furniture, Construction, Interior design or Architecture industry.
High level of English (written and verbal), for clear and efficient communication with Australian customers and supplier.
Can take Project Ownership – from planning to delivery.

Nice to Have:

Attention to detail
Customer service skills
Prior experience using Buildertrend software

What will you do?

Initial Project Setup

Convert job estimate/quote into Buildertrend excel import
Job setup in Buildertrend (Project Management Software)
Submitting RFQs to Suppliers
Submitting RFIs to Customers
Facilitating Shop Drawings
Reading Floor plans/verifying product take-off
Confirming Project Terms and issuing Deposit Invoice

Project Executing/Management

Scheduling jobs as per Client Programme (If no programme – create one in partnership with the Client)
Client Communication - regarding specs, finishes, delivery etc., and variations
Supplier Communication - regarding product availability/ETA/lead time etc,., pricing, and efficient logistics (lean management)
Issuing Purchase Orders – with detailed Scope of Works
Delivery – working closely with Logistics/Installation Supplier to ensure programme is met to 100% quality

Project Closing

Ensuring job complete to quality (defect free)
Collecting Project Documents/Photos from Install Supplier (storing in Job Folder)
Submitting Final Claim/Invoice to client - BUILDERTREND
Assessing Supplier Invoice – approving/rejecting (notifying supplier) payment - BUILDERTREND
Buildertrend Final Job check – PO’s, Invoices, Budget, Margins
Project de-brief to the Sales Team
