The Role

The campaign management executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising ad campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to drive high-quality traffic that converts into leads. This role requires a balance of analytical skills and accountability, as well as the ability to be persistent until the goal is achieved.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Developing target audience segmentation to enhance campaign performance.
  • Researching and analyzing campaign trends, competitor ads, and audience behavior.
  • Setting up and managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conducting keyword research and optimizing ad copy, landing pages, and extensions.
  • Implementing and managing A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Driving high-quality leads through targeted PPC campaigns and achieving SQL targets.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics daily.
  • Continuously optimizing campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives.
  • Using data-driven insights for strategic decisions to meet KPIs.
  • Creating ROI models to measure and improve spending efficiency.
  • Providing budget allocation recommendations based on performance.
  • Generating performance reports and providing insights to management.
  • Collaborating with content and design teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
  • Partnering with the SEO team to ensure complementary PPC and SEO efforts.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field and have a strong track record in driving high-quality leads through well-targeted PPC campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • You have experience achieving SQL targets and implementing multi-channel campaigns that effectively drive prospect engagement and conversion.
  • You possess hands-on knowledge of remarketing, audience targeting, and bidding algorithms.
  • You have proven experience in optimizing Conversion Rate and ROAS.
  • You are deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You stay updated with current trends and hold recent certifications in GA and LinkedIn Ads.
  • You have hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and AdR
