Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve UI/UX for new and existing products
  • Create prototypes and mockups at all stages of design, from concept to final implementation
  • Creating component libraries in Figma
  • Conduct user research and prototype testing to make informed design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and marketers to achieve the best results
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of the design system
  • Analyze and improve existing solutions based on user feedback
  • Working with client projects, including live tasks
Experience needed:
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Product Designer
  • A portfolio showcasing your approach to problem-solving and strong UX/UI skills
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and compositions
  • Experience in conducting UX research
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and the ability to justify your decisions
  • Good communication skills in Russian (C1), English (B1)
