The Opportunity:
This opportunity is for someone with technical skills, big-picture thinking, a tactical to operational level orientation and the desire to make an impact in national defense through the application of operational military programs within a live, virtual and constructive training environment. This person must understand the U.S. military structure and in particular the air, space, and cyberspace domains to fully use existing training system tools that will be employed for local and distributed training audiences. You'll translate real-world military requirements into warfighting competency makes you an integral part of supporting the delivery of warfighter training that matters.
As a Modeling and Simulation Exercise SME on our team, you’ll directly participate in the planning and exercise support of training audiences who are required to employ air, space, and cyberspace capabilities. Your tactical and technical expertise of Air, Space, and Cyberspace Constructive Environment – Information Operations Simulation (ACE-IOS) will be essential to improving training readiness across the Marine Corps. You’ll research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and provide ACE-IOS support to the Live Virtual Constructive – Training Environment for the Military. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients and we’ll look to you to help create training solutions for our client.

You Have:
2+ years of experience with using Air, Space, and Cyberspace Constructive Environment – Information Operations Simulation (ACE-IOS) suite supporting training and exercises
2+ years of experience with providing Live, Virtual, and Constructive – Training Environments to strengthen the combat lethality, resiliency, and readiness of Military formations
Knowledge of performing local system administration on the ACE-IOS servers and workstations as required, including periodic OS Config updates
Ability to research unclassified and classified data sources to populate databases for use in written products, simulation scenario development, and model/simulation operation
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems or 5 years of experience with systems engineering in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
4+ years of experience with service at one of the branches of the U.S. military
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with conducting field user evaluations
Experience with distributed simulations in Large Scale Exercises
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
