Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager. In this role, you will:

  • Perform financial analysis, credit analysis, market analysis, and underwriting of public and private companies.
  • Proactive monitoring of assigned portfolio thru review of financial statements and other reports that may require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and mid level managers in US, India, and the Philippines to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Identify process improvements and lead on its development and completion.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Experience in credit analysis and underwriting, or other equivalent, from local or international companies.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent command in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Expectations:

  • Work schedule is 5:00 pm to 2:00 am Philippine time, Monday to Friday.
  • Hybrid weekly work setup is 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home.
  • Office is located in BGC.
