About the Company: Our client is a trailblazer in democratizing AI through cutting-edge GPU cloud solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Infrastructure Partnership Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with leading GPU hardware suppliers, ensuring a consistent and dependable supply of high-performance GPUs for our global clientele.

About the Role: As a vital part of the team, you will play a crucial role in building the infrastructure for our client’s cloud-based and bare-metal AI computing services. Your responsibilities will include identifying and partnering with premier GPU providers to ensure that our Aethir Atmosphere and Aethir Earth platforms are equipped with the latest GPUs. Through strategic collaboration and negotiation, you will secure competitive pricing and service level agreements (SLAs) that benefit both our client and its customers.

Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify top GPU suppliers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to establish strong alliances with leading GPU vendors.
  • Assess provider offerings to ensure they meet our client’s technical standards and customer demands.
  • Take charge of creating, managing, and refining the overall “Partner Program” for infrastructure providers.

Partner Onboarding & Management:

  • Design and execute effective onboarding processes for new GPU cloud provider partners.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with partners, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners to ensure favorable terms and pricing structures.
  • Proactively manage partner performance, monitoring SLAs and identifying areas for enhancement.

Supply Chain Optimization:

  • Work closely with internal teams to forecast GPU demand and secure sufficient capacity from partners.
  • Anticipate and address potential supply chain challenges to ensure uninterrupted service for our client’s customers.
  • Develop strategies for geographically diverse GPU deployments to ensure global service availability.

Technical Expertise & Market Awareness:

  • Stay updated on advancements in the GPU landscape and hardware technology.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compatibility between our client’s platform and partner-provided GPUs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain our client’s competitive advantage in GPU resource acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in B2B technology partnership management, particularly in cloud computing or AI.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing and managing partnerships with major cloud service providers, hardware vendors, or data center operators.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for anticipating and addressing supply chain challenges.
  • In-depth understanding of cloud computing infrastructure and advancements in GPU technology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required; proficiency in Mandarin is highly beneficial.
  • Experience managing SLAs and service level expectations for cloud-based solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the global GPU market and leading cloud service providers.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage complex technical partnerships.
  • A passion for innovation and the transformative potential of AI across industries.
