Job Description

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4+ years of product strategy, product management or related experience.

Your role is to accelerate the interoperability business unit's growth by unleashing the full potential of our interoperability product suite by connecting the capabilities with regionally aligned customers interoperability strategy and needs.

Responsibilities

Apply your knowledge and creativity to connect interoperability product suite capabilities with your regionally aligned customers, accelerating our growth and visibility and leadership position in the industry.

  • Build trusted relationships with key customer executives, inclusive of the CMIO, CNIO, CIO
  • Promote Now & Next strategy alignment to enhance utilization and top-line revenue targets for your aligned health care organization customers
  • Maximize bi-directional data exchange strategies spanning national and regional networks to allow the flow of patient data wherever they go, allowing customers to provide the most informed and best care possible
  • Organize region to align customers on strategy, sales, implementation and operations of the Interoperability portfolio, and provide recommendations for performance improvement
  • Develop collateral such as business documents, customer interoperability success stories, and best practice documentation and presentations
  • Work closely with other interoperability product management and development partners to ensure our services deliver great experiences at industry-leading value
  • Serve as Interoperability knowledge expert supporting new business development and sales conversations
  • Provide executive oversight for Interoperability engagements, and ensure strategy is executed and value is delivered
  • Work with Product Marketing to clearly communicate the value of our services.
  • Present at trade shows and industry conferences such as HIMMS, customer sites, and at the Oracle Health Innovations Experience Center (ICx) on an as needed basis
  • Maintain a market pulse on key interoperability use-cases and surrounding fields

US: Hiring Range: from $70,400 - $178,200 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
