  • Proficient in product management, business analysis, and product marketing of digital products (3+ years)
  • Hands-on with designing, developing, and managing software products and software solutions
  • Analytically minded, inclined to trust in data rather than opinion, and possessing business acumen
  • Self-motivated to grow professionally, smart, open to learning, and intelligent
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership
  • Result-oriented with a 'get things done' attitude
  • Effective in acting both as a strong leader and a team player, both a doer and a strategist
  • Highly collaborative to bridge tech teams (designers, architects, developers) with business teams (sales, marketing, operations)

  • Successfully applying your solid business or software background

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work on challenging and interesting pre-sales, product discoveries, project ideations, proof of concept, and MVP development, or help existing products grow and excel
  • Monitor the market: analyze trends, evaluate the competitive landscape, identify market problems, and frame the product’s distinctive advantages
  • Understand product positioning and how it supports the overall company strategy
  • Identify users' and stakeholders’ problems to solve, define the problem statement, and shape potential solutions for prioritization and validation
  • Support the definition of product strategy and align different stakeholders on it
  • Develop, track, and manage the strategic product roadmap
  • Run workshops and interview sessions to elaborate and reveal user insights and problems
  • Shape the product value proposition, key hypotheses for validation, MVP vision, and align stakeholders on the product roadmap
  • Maintain a constant customer focus and actively collect and analyze users' feedback
  • Facilitate, frame, and assist in PoC implementation
  • Conduct PoC evaluation, gather feedback, and analyze the next steps
  • Frame the main user segments, identify their needs, and plan product development according to the value new functionalities will deliver to them
  • Frame and decompose the product scope, write business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering and program management leads to set and align strategy, define the product concept, and make critical decisions on trade-offs between performance, features, and time-to-market
  • Facilitate solution design and perform trade-off analysis of architecture approaches and technologies with team leads and architects
