Medical degree or advanced degree in public health, business or related field, 10+ years managing public health programs in Central America; Guatemala experience preferred, Previous experience with USAID-funded projects, 5+ years in COP, team leader, or Director role, Strong understanding of capacity development for local initiatives.
Key responsabilities:
- Lead, oversee, and manage the project's strategic vision and interventions
- Develop and implement management systems to support project planning and reporting
- Review and ensure quality of technical documents and deliverables
- Foster effective communication with USAID/Guatemala and other stakeholders
- Manage and guide a senior team, ensuring program relevance to local context
