Job Description

• Responsibility for analyzing endpoint events, providing technical analysis of incidents and services
• Investigation and distribution of tickets
• Solving monitoring events requests
• Covering user management and standard requests
• Supporting vendors with problem resolution
• Using ticketing systems
• Cooperation with L2 and L3 administrators
• Daily reporting
  
  
  

Requirements:

• English and Slovak language required on fluent level- written and spoken
• Willingness to work on a 12hours working model
• General overview of IT- OS, servers, task manager, command line (certifications, courses or previous experience is an advantage)
• User management and ticketing tools experience/ overview
• Understanding of first-line practices and principles
• Ability to prioritize tasks and use analytical thinking
• Drive to learn, improve and provide professional quality results
  
  

Starting salary: 1050 EUR gross/month depending on experience
