About this role

This role is situated in Brussels and will support the local execution of partnership related marketing activities, with the main focus on the Luxembourg-based Quintet Private Bank partnership. It is critical in delivering the firm’s ambitious targets on partnerships in a scalable and commercially effective way. The role reports into the local Head of Marketing for FraBeLux, sitting in Paris.

Key responsibilities

The primary focus of this role is to develop and oversee the delivery and execution of all partnership marketing activities for Belgian and Luxembourg client partnerships, with the main focus on Quintet partnership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the partnership marketing program for Quintet in the key markets in EMEA (Luxembourg, Belgium, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark), covering all phases of the client journey, i.e., brand awareness initiatives through owned and paid channels of the partner, educational assets, internal and end client events, campaigns, etc.

  • Create compelling marketing collateral and content related to the specific needs of the Quintet partnership, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, i.e., articles, brochures, videos, web content, social, etc.

  • Produce educational and product marketing campaigns and materials targeting both professional and retail client audiences of the partner, i.e., educational modules, guides, landing pages, etc.

  • Support the overall partnership marketing growth strategy, by contributing to the defined governance structure, and share innovative marketing ideas and activation formats relevant for the partnership.

  • And any other task considered in the scope of Quintet-focused marketing and entrusted to this person by the FraBeLux / EMEA marketing team in this respect

  • Represent BlackRock’s Partnership marketing capabilities in direct client engagement, and actively grow the local partnerships.

Experience

  • Degree in business studies, economics, communications or professional qualification.

  • Associate level (at least 3-5 years' of experience preferred) with proven marketing experience in financial services; experience in asset management industry is highly preferred.

  • Ability to digest significant volumes of information in a short timeframe and articulate compelling content off the back of it.

  • Proven track record of Executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Experience in an international environment and working with senior business leaders.
