Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan, establishing strong relationships with key stake holders. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets, expand market share and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Leverage client and market relationships to grow new business sales pipeline and create demand within assigned territory
  • Analyze market and competitive intelligence to develop sales strategies for highly competitive and complex customer opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships at all levels, across assigned regional and Integrated Care System (ICS)
  • Consult with prospective customers on Oracle Health solutions and services and clearly communicate strategy and vision
  • Develop and progress innovative sales proposals that address the specific needs of the customer
  • Collaborate with marketing, product teams to drive growth
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities
  • Manage pipeline and forecast in order to consistently drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Travel up to 80%


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 6 years of sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
  • Experience of building relationships with with C-suite level
  • Experience working with an electronic patient record
